It is renowned for its remarkable corporate history.

Indeed, the intensive work and stress of modern society led its creators to come up with a "decompression chamber" for anyone wishing to take control of their life and stop suffering external attacks. 

The solution lies with us, and Spa Winside is here to support you every day.

This renowned brand was created in 2015 in Cannes, but it was in 2018 that Maria and Sélim decided to propel their business regionally by positioning themselves in the high-end market.

They have undergone training, acquired experience and carefully selected their suppliers in order to satisfy every customer.

The gamble paid off: Spa Winside is now a leader in the luxury wellness market for customers on the Côte d'Azur!

NON-DISCRIMINATION

Spa Winside therapists may not refuse to provide services to any person on the grounds of race, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, age, religion, political convictions, ethnic or national origin, social condition or disability.

PROHIBITION OF SEXUAL PRACTICES

Spa Winside therapists may under no circumstances offer services of a sexual nature, or services that may lead to confusion between massage (or any other treatment) and sexual services.

CARE WITH A MINOR

Spa Winside therapists will not accept a service for a minor without a parent's consent regarding the terms and limits of the massage/treatment. If the parent wishes, he or she can be present during the treatment.

RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER'S MODESTY

Spa Winside therapists must identify and respect their client's representations and needs for modesty. He/she is careful not to put pressure on the client. He/she organizes reception, installation and departure procedures in such a way as to preserve the client's privacy.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL

Spa Winside therapists are obliged to welcome all persons, without distinction and in accordance with their massage offer (or any other treatment). He/she is, however, entitled to refuse services, or any situation, which may infringe on his/her ethics and physical and psychological integrity. And in particular in the following cases:

  • contraindication, or suspicion of contraindication, for the customer's health; obvious loss of confidence on the part of the customer;
  • incitement by the customer to perform illegal, unfair or fraudulent acts;
  • non-compliance with good health and hygiene practices; harassment, sexual abuse, and all kinds of psychological, verbal or physical violence on the part of the customer;
  • if the customer is under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other illegal substance.
